Okay, our Crimestopper's group may be the best in the country, but our police force desperately needs to rethink their methodology in protecting this city. Now squirrels are attacking us. THIS HAS TO STOP!!!

"When squirrels attack"
"Squirrels Gone Wild!"
I feel for those people, though. My parents had a very similar situation at their former home. Squirrels can chew a hole in cedar siding, they rip out gutter screens, etc. I can recall hearing nuts dropping and falling down the rake of a clipped ceiling in an upstairs room. I never saw them damage the roof, though!? Here in Tulsa they seem to be much less afraid of people... There is one (I like to pretend it's the same one) who always comes and sits on my kitchen window ledge and stares at me as I do dishes. [}:)]
When my parents lived in a newly developed area of Tulsa, the developers managed to leave most of the trees intact (for ONCE). For the first two years we had a squirrel problem, and man did they ever rip right through a new roof. One BB gun and an exterminator later and we were free of the rats with fur (or "fur rats," as my seventh grade math teacher once called them).
