Thats HORRIBLE! I am calling the humane society. My kitty would be depressed and hide in some dark corner for a year if that happened to him. Probably got water in his ears. Have you looked at a cats ears? There is a reason they don't like getting water in them. Poor kitty, that was abuse plain and simple.
I agree with TheArtist. That has got to be the most inhumane treatment of a "pet".

yeah, but I doubt any of your cats would survive longer than 10 seconds in that "spa" so you'd have to conduct a funeral first - your probably the type to try and get it listed in the local obit's too - and all that would give the perp a head start.
Now my cat, Happy, on the other hand, would tear his way out of that metal box, and come after you himself! And that obit would be listed.
I admit to laughing when the cat first went bezerk! There is a fine line between humor and torture. But until I saw the closing frames "OK but perturbed" (I see that same look on my cat all the time) in the vid.clip: my stomach was dropping for the fear that cat was suffering.
Hell, worse things happen to animals every second, around the clock, year after decade...simply so we can wash our hair or smell like wild tulips in a cubie.
At least here some of us more thick skinned peoples got a chuckle and were reminded of how we care about our animals to NOT subject them to such torture - and of course the cat got a towel job out of the deal.
All that said, If I had seen the deal in progress I would have stopped it by force without thinking: especially since we can't go around whip-chaining hippies on sand bars anymore - they all turned into yuppies! jdb

I'm far from an animal rights activist, but I didn't find that funny. Of course, that means the poster wins. His only reason for posting was to generate outrage and he has done that. Congratulations.
