Santa to Wolf-Man: Are ya also teaching kids how to drive bikes too? If not, ya oughta be arrested. Pathetic do-gooder ain't doin' NOBODY any favors. (//%22http://www.tulsaworld.com/NewsStory.asp?ID=061225_Ne_a15_theghost%22)
Jealous?
The parents (or guardians) can do the teaching.
In this day and age, they hardly ever do any parenting, the least they can do is bicycle instruction.

Yeah, right. The parents are just as IGNORANT as the kids.

Good point.
Hmmmm, someone takes the time to help a few kids each year get a bicycle they would never otherwise have a chance to have.
I think it's an awesome gesture of kindness.
The responsibility of how or where they ride the bike is up to the parents. That's where it belongs - no matter how ignorant they might be.
Most of the bikes will be ridden in residential neighborhoods - it's a drivers responsibility to go slow and watch for children.
Perhaps Makelifebetter4ok could help out by offering to teach these kids to ride safely. That would be a fine contribution to the community. [}:)]
[8D]parents are to hung up in their own lives half of them dont even realize they have children.

I think MLB4Ok should give cars to kids. Those bikes will be abandoned soon after they are received.
The present static's being circulating around is that one half of the mothers are single by choice or other wise. These mothers do not have the time to teach their children so there are big brother organizations who are attempting to fill the job. If there is anyone posting of the neglecting of the children there are many support groups they can join. Are you aware of the big brother support groups or living in your own world refusing to recognize these children will inherent your place in the society that requires you to be taken care of. Have fun because this is the morning of the last days of your life.
That is a load of crap. I chose to leave the screw up I was dumb enough to marry and raise 2 kids on my own.
I always had time for them. Sometimes it meant things that were not as important to me had to slide - but it just meant I stayed up later to get it done.
Let's face it, we had no money to spare - so what else did I have to do when I wasn't working except play with the kids and teach them things?
So, there is no real excuse other than too darn lazy to raise their kids. And that is no excuse.
