Tulsa PD is putting Oklahoma Centennial "Tulsa Spirit" bumper stickers on all their cars.

Including the unmarked ones.

I was passed by an unmarked impala sporting the bumper sticker yesterday.

Okay.  They are unmarked traffic unit vehicles.  When you said "unmarked", I was thinking about undercover vehicles.

it tried to catch up with me and looked like a poor excuse for a fake cop car.
