Title: Reminds me of Cat Stevens
Post by: waterboy on November 08, 2006, 09:58:00 PM
"Oh, the young, what will you bring us this time? You're only dancing on this world for such a short time..."

I heard that the age group 18-29 polled nearly 75% in favor of democratic candidates. A quantum change from their parents, aunts and uncles who hailed from the Reagan/Bush era that spawned the religious right.

My youth generation brought us the power of peaceful dissent, distrust of government, revolutionary music and computers. What did yours bring?

NBC Was Right to Refuse Dixie Chicks Ad, Says Anne Coulter
By Anne Coulter

LOS ANGELES - (Editor's note: Today's guest columnist is Anne Coulter, best-selling author and social commentator, who has earned an enviable following for her wry observations and the gentle, good-natured way in which she exposes the foibles and pomposities of our world. What's more, guys, she is easily the hottest best-selling female writer this side of Suze Orman. We are delighted to have Anne with us.)

NBC was right in refusing to air an ad for Shut Up & Sing or We'll Kill You, grumble-donkey Whore, the fluffumentary "movie" about Blue-State-America's favorite singing treasonistas, the Dixie Chicks. I have seen this piece of ****, people, and let me tell you, it was enough to make any god-fearing, barbeque-loving, towel-head-pussy-hating, truck-driving, ball-scratching man or woman want to commit road rage on those grumble-donkey whores, the Dixie Chicks.

How you going to top that....?
