Come on to downtown OKC tomorrow night for the Head of the Oklahoma Centennial Regatta. The event is expected to bring 30,000 spectators to the river to watch the first night racing event ever in North America.
Next year the event will be followed by the 10-day USA Rowing World Challenge, an event that will be a major training stop for 08 Olympic teams, and is predicted to draw at least 50,000 visitors.
OKC has been named the "next great rowing city" by Rowing News magazine.
