Say have 400 mill tops as a passable idea. Reinstate the percentage of the penny that wasnt used for American Airlines as part of that amount, which would leave 200 mill above and beyond that left.
My initial idea... Some for the river, the cathedral square idea and another part of downtown, and some for the college.
Buy the property for the Cathedral Square, build the park part, the parking garage with restaurant and shop spaces on ground floor, then offer the rest for development to the best idea.
Any ideas for another part of downtown?
Add some to grow the University downtown.
We can wrangle over what would be best for the river lol.
Perhaps we could even strike a deal with the Channels people. Whoever wins the vote gets that 100 mill they would like to so generously give to help Tulsa.[:)]
