Alan Hart, an architect from Vancouver who specializes in urban design and transit-oriented design will be on the show. He's done a lot of urban/community planning work in Seattle, Vancouver and Portland, OR.
I caught the show this morning. Thought it was interesting that he talked about the importance of getting the community involved early in the planning process, and how transparency, communication and listening is vital to success.
Total common sense, but it made me laugh b/c it sounds like Tulsa's "Little River Band" read that playbook upside down and backwards....
