Well I'm happy the sign is moving back but I'm not so sure about the way they are doing it. The sign will be atop what looks like from the rendering a shell of a typical Plains Commercial-style building but it won't be occupied? This is at 11th and Quaker. I think it would make more sense to actually have a paying tenant in the building, maybe a drug store or something.
