Hello, I am a Boston Terrier. I want to complain about all the strays running around the city. I mean c'mon, they run into my yard and I spend a good deal of time barking at them.
Something needs to be done. I'm really tired of having to defend my yard from stray cats and dogs... shoot, half the cats running around aren't even strays!
Anybody got any ideas how to solve this problem? Obviously the city can't.
