TULSANOW & SUSTAINABLE TULSA TEAM UP FOR LAND-USE FORUM – Sept 14
Mark your calendars...TulsaNow and Sustainable Tulsa are teaming up for "Time to Twilight Zoning? Building the 'Beautiful' Back into Tulsa!"

Alan Hart of Via Architecture in Vancouver will be the keynote speaker for this event.  Alan specializes in urban design, transit-oriented design, sustainable architecture and planning.  He will discuss how Vancouver has transformed itself to become a vital, sustainable, and prosperous city, and how Tulsa can apply the lessons learned by our neighbors to the north.  Alan will also discuss how land-use policies affect economic development.  This event will be free and open to the public, and will help "kick off" the Oklahoma Sustainability Network's annual conference.

"Building the Beautiful Back into Tulsa" will take place from 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Thursday, September 14 (Aaronson Auditorium, Tulsa Central Library).

We'll have more information as it becomes available.
