Title: 71st St Property re-use
Post by: sgrizzle on July 25, 2006, 10:37:42 AM
Tony Roma's is becoming a new Bourbon Street location. The Manager of Bourbon Street was in the world stating that if your retarant can't make it on 71st Street, you've got a problem (a stab at Tony Roma's)

Schlotzky's is being remodeled into something more impressive looking. It has a huge facade going up.

The Phillips 66 at 71st and mingo has gone through months of massive remodeling only to become a phillips 66 station. Only now it has a car wash and calls itself "paradise." Weirder still is the fact it isn't open and yet it's for sale.

The former neighboring texaco location is now a strip mall with no tenants as of yet although one endcap seems built for a restaurant of some type.

The 65,000sq ft fedex location is now vacant.
