Only rule is it has to be somewhere within the IDL.

Don't have to give a reason, just list the cross streets.

List the E-W street first

for example, my favorite intersection/street corner is 4th/Main.

6th -- west of Denver.  I am talking about the crosswalk in the middle of the street in front of the County Building.  You know, the one that you are supposed to slam on your brakes if someone is in. Why is there a crosswalk there when there is a crosswalk, with a street light, just feet away? Whos idea was that?
