Oklahoma State University's head basketball coach Eddie Sutton is holding a news conference this afternoon and it is expected he will announce his retirement.
Sutton was arrested on drunk driving charges in February following a car accident. Earlier this month, Sutton received a deferred sentence as part of a plea deal with prosecutors. He also has to pay a $500 fine and court costs. Coach Sutton already completed an alcohol treatment program as part of his plea deal.
News on 6 sports director John Holcomb says it appears Sutton will announce his retirement and that his son Sean will take over as the head coach of Cowboy's basketball.
