Based on my crietria below, who best fits my needs?
- JOBS JOBS JOBS. Call Center jobs are a start, but we need better paying jobs with more sector diversity beyond Telecom, Aerospace, and Energy. Who will bring the companies?
- Small biz friendly. I am going to start my own biz in the next few years and want to do so in a friendly climate.
- Quality of life. I want something to do other than movies and a dinner. This includes a safe, vibrant downtown and arena.
- Visitors and conventions. Imagine increasing our tax base with other people's money. These people need a reason to come here though. Is it the arena? Partially, but there should be more than that. We need an extreme make-over.
- River. Somebody do something, please. What a waste of a beautiful resource that could be feeding our tax based with visitors dollars.
