1. Hillcrest Hospital (and related buildings) $124M
2. Woodland Hills Mall $110M
3. EDS Data Storage Facility $68.4M
4. Bok Tower $68M
5. Kimberly-Clark Paper Plant $58.9M
6. One Technology Center $44M
7. Tulsa Regional Medical Center $43M
8. Oneok Building $37.7M
9. Warren Place $35.7M
10. Southroads Shopping Center $33.8M

Places I'm surprised aren't on the list:
Promenade and Williams Center Towers 1&2 which were bought earlier this week.

St. Johns and St Francis are owned by charitable organizations and don't pay property taxes. Hillcrest didn't until Ardent bought them.
