After four centuries of cheating the Native Americans of all his possessions now the white man is accusing him of cheating on collecting taxes in the Indian Nations and not giving them to the white man. Should we apply some of our system of doing good to others and leave him be? We set up the tax structure on tobacco and he is driving his buffalo though normal political loopholes that are available to him. Should we close them?
