I have someone who I am trying to help get "back on track." She is in her late 40's, comes from a backwards small town, been in food service forever, and has one incident on her record. However, she has completely turned her life around, moved to Tulsa, and is extremely bright and hard working. She wants to get out of food service and likes the idea of a call center since she is technically minded and can solve problems.
What is DirecTV's policy on hiring someone with a police record? Does she stand a chance? What qualifications should she possess? What is the hiring process?
Thanks for your help.
