My sister did not purchase her graduation photos four years ago, and only has the tiny 2x2 proof. She had marked everything off, and signed her check, put it into an envelope and somehow had forgotten to post it! She just came across the envelope with the proof and order form, but heard from the folks who did it in OKC that they do not keep the records for more than 2 years.
Is it possible to scan this photo and then have it developed? Or would she get into trouble for that???[?]
