Honore's professed concern was the dignity of the victims, but it is clear that not allowing us to see photographs of the dead would have the added benefit of covering up the results of failed Federal rescue efforts.
We have a military that feels it should be able to pick and choose what we get to see. I think the freedom to say what we want to say is in jeopardy. Anyone agree or disagree?
