I believe it's between 8th and 9th on Cincinatti...has a barrrel roof. Looks like they're remodeling it into something that could be nice. They removed the old ugly awnings from the front, and it appears that they are adding some sort of tower structure to the norht side. A sign says for lease as restaurant/retail space. It's a start =). At least it won't be more parking lot.
