Story (//%22http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/8700218/%22)

You can read the story but I wanted to point out the following:

Oklahoma
Metropolitan Area Median price One-year change Three-year change Median income Affordability
Oklahoma City $110,300   9.3%   18.3%   $52,350   81.0
Tulsa $112,300   6.6%   2.8%   $53,150   81.6

Even though on the map it showed Oklahoma as being part of the South, I found OK with the Midwest numbers.

Texas
Austin $154,100   2.5%   1.8%   $68,600   66.5

I have heard people on this forum talk about how much better Austin is so I thought I would show this figure too. Its not that much better then Tulsa. They do have a higher median income but they have higher priced houses so to me it look like the even out.
