When I went to get my driver's liscense renewed today at Midtown Tag, they had moved. I knew that Parkhill was building a new store behind their present location. Found out today that the current location will be torn down and a QT will replace it at 51st and Lewis.
I thought the new building frame at 51st and Lewis was the new Parkhills

Yes. Parkhill's is pulling a QuikTrip and building a new store next to their current store so that QuikTrip can build a new store where there.
Nice business move on the part of the Parkhills.
