Title: Tulsa Schools Bond Issue
Post by: swake on July 18, 2005, 01:06:34 PM
Tulsa-public-schools is asking for a $160 million bond issue to be voted on in November. Highlights of the issue are a new Clinton Middle School and a refurbished and expanded Memorial High School. The issue also has money to get rid of all remaining window air-conditioning units in all building in favor of central air in the entire district. There is also money for material and technology. The school district says that property taxes will not increase with this issue if it is passed.
