Title: Jenks former Reasors location

Arc Wrecking has a trailer outside the former Reasors store on Elm (Peoria), it looks like it's about to come down, does anyone know what's going in at that location?

I thought I remembered hearing that one of the healthcare systems in Tulsa had purchased that land. Can't remember which one it was though.
