Is The American going to really be built? Maybe it will, this article from KTUL says that three Tulsa families have committed to help fund The American.
So, is this thing really going to be built? Sounds like it's closer than it ever has been, real investors willing to give their names makes me think it is. I think somewhere I might have lost a bet. Oh well.

Won't have quite the same impact as it would have if it was in its original location on Holmes Peak....but a mile north of the Osage Casino on Hwy 97?
If that "financial report" takes as long to complete as the scale model (still waiting....), Sand Springs will be waiting a long long time.
