I am working on my Masters in Criminal Justice and want to do volunteer work for experience in the Tulsa community. What organizations need the most help?

Tons of places need volunteers, but with that degree I would try places like Youth Services of Tulsa, CASA, etc.
I am organizing a big clean up and trail build on Turkey July 12th and trying to get 200 volunteers.

Yes, with a degree in criminal justice, I'd second the CASA idea. I think it would be very relevant to what you're studying.
Also, would look at Salvation Army and Day Center for the Homeless. Similar backgrounds in many cases.
With that degree, you might also consider volunteering at the Office of Juvenile Affairs (juvenile probation/parole) (918) 581-2211, located at 444 South Houston. We used to welcome volunteers when I worked there (retired in 2010). Another place you might consider is the Tulsa Police Department. They use volunteers and interns. I've been a volunteer there for the last 3+ years and enjoy it very much. Good luck!
CAP Tulsa is looking for volunteers for their summer program:
