I am convinced that these two have a love child together.

And here's the proof........

I actually like Sally Kohn. She is very left-leaning but is not nearly as condescending and droll as Maddow.
Unlike Maddow, she actually wears lipstick.
So I switch on to MSNBC at the start of Maddow's show. What's the top story? Immigration? Ukraine? Israel v. Hamas? Ebola? What about the lawsuit against Obama? NOPE.
Today's top story? Bob McDonnell and a Ferrari.

Guess Rachel's upset as the only offers she gets are from Billy Jean King and Snap On Tools.

That'd be like RM giving a crap about FOX news.
You really think the news should be discussing that lawsuit?

Its the one story that there will actually be a finish to. She can tune into or out of the others at will.
The bonus is that its a republican that was once considered a Romney running mate.

I listed numerous world events, and a late breaking news event (lawsuit), and Maddow is covering a Ferrari? Bridgegate 2.0. I do wonder if she gave the same attention to Blago? I tuned into MSNBC because Rand Paul went after that network--on that network--earlier in the day. It was about his "opposition" to the civil right act, and Maddow was all over him for that. She's nothing but a hack.

I can't remember whose talk show she was on a few years back, but I was about to change channels as I cannot stand her. Turns out when she's not in character as a liberal hack, she's actually very bright and hilarious. I suppose you could say that about anyone who gets paid to talk about the news. Well maybe with the exception of Senior Psychopath, Keef Olberdoosh. Hell, even the rabid liberal networks want nothing to do with him.

Paid to entertain...
If you're looking for reliable information, there's no reason to look at MSNBC or FOX news.
Might as well depend on Facebook comments.

Then she's a hack who covered Blago, cause I was interested at the time.

I rip on her, then Maddow does something sort of, er, cool?

I don't watch MSNBC since I went cheap and get my TV over the air where it isn't offered, and I'm too lazy or disinterested to pull it up online. I watched the channel long enough to know that its a necessary vehicle to balance off Fox but I think that battle is hurting us all.
She has a huge mountain to climb to gain general popularity. She's very intelligent, has an excellent command of vocabulary, doesn't care about popularity (except maybe ratings), is gay and looks it, and is politically out of mainstream America. Her, Buckley, Coulter etc. all play a role as conscience and lightning rods. Unlike pr**ks like Hannity.
When you watch Fox News or MSNBC, everyone loses.
