Read the website. Still have not a single clue what in the world you're talking about. Would be nice if a website about a dude actually contained any information about the topic. Don't assume visitors to the site know who the person is.

He seems to always have his camera around but never helps. Like the above articles with the Beating, the prostitute lying there body in fetal position and he didn't even help her.

What crime has he committed? Anyone can photograph in a public place because there's no expectation of privacy. And if he rushed in to 'help' the first responders, he could easily be charged with interfering with officers performing their duties. He might be creepy, but that isn't a crime. However, punching him in the nose certainly is, just as putting up a webpage calling him and his wife child molesters and serial killers without any evidence is a crime.

Calling a woman a whore isn't a crime, is it? If you believe otherwise, please cite the law from OSCN. His website features Johns caught in the act of soliciting prostitutes or having sex. They're in public so there's no expectation of privacy.
Since you apparently do not understand this, I have to coclude you're merely another troll posting inflammatory material then becoming dumbfounded when we aren't outraged. Either substantiate your claims or go away.

Thanks for the correction, Guido, but have you ever heard of anyone being charged for something like this? I haven't. I suspect the cops wouldn't be bothered unless an assault occurred.

Never heard of it, probably because the statute is archaic and in my opinion unconstitutional. Most cases I am familiar are civil actions.

Not trying to intrude on your little corner of the Internet - but a link was posted on an OKC forum to this thread, so I felt I'd chime in.
The person who started this thread under the username 'MHenson.' This person also created a Twitter account using the name Mike Henson of Oklahoma City and used a real photo of a real Mike Henson from another state. However, I have been in contact with Mr. Henson and he has confirmed the accounts are fakes and were obviously created to troll and libel me, while not only hiding the authors identity but also trying to implicate an innocent. These are crimes and we are taking the appropriate steps. If the person is identified I will also seek civil remedy and advise the real Mr. Henson to do the same.
Naturally you can decide how much to trust posts from someone with obviously so much to hide.

I think this Bates guy was one who did video stuff at the Shell truck stop on I-35 OKC right at the end of the Turner Turnpike a few years ago. The owner was having a lot of trouble with the hookers pretty much taking over in the parking lot. Pretty blatant.
