Title: Smartest cities in America... Tulsa isn't doing too well
Post by: custosnox on August 23, 2013, 12:53:08 PM
Ranking at 322, Tulsa is pretty far down on the list.  It's nice to see that Stillwater, on the other hand, is hitting high with a rank of 25.  The number 1 on the list is Ithica, NY.   The trend seems to lean towards college towns, and some studies suggest that is because of increases cognitive activity.

Omaha did pretty good as did Indianapolis. The D/FW MetroPlex did poorly.
