Tenant leases are not being renewed. The plan is do asbestos removal, install sprinklers, and then (maybe) convert a portion/all the building into lofts. The building is managed by River City Development (same group that does Philtower).
The renovation would be a long way off. At least a year off as it appears they are trying to let leases run and then renovating floor by floor.

Asbestos. One of those miracle products of the Deco age.
What corner is that on?
4th and Boston. At that corner is is not the Kennedy building, not 320 s. Boston, and not the Mid Con. It's the 13 story steel and glass building with the faded green terrozzo on the base. Former Tulsa Savings and Loan (Tulsa bank and trust? Something like that). Built in 1958.
The bldg I know for having the copy shop (formerly FedEx/Kinkos)
Ah the one with the Sandwich signs all in the lower window but nothing indicating anything else....
