I'm willing to listen to any valid offer. I think the asking price is very fair since the property has residential or light commercial potential. The small residential development that borders my property has homes selling for $500,000 and up.

Thanks. I need all the luck I can get. Selling land is not like selling a house on a city lot -- it usually takes a lot more time.
