Title: Food for thought
Post by: Ed W on April 07, 2013, 10:42:23 AM
Correct me if I'm wrong, but would it be advantageous to have a "Welcome to Tulsa: Information for Newcomers" section as a FAQ or a Q&A area?  I ask because someone wrote to me saying she has a niece relocating here.  Naturally, I recommended this forum as an excellent resource for local information.  Since this has come up before when a newcomer arrives or is thinking about relocating here, perhaps Tulsa Now could lay out a welcome mat.

A "Welcome Wagon" area would also give some of us with businesses/skills (like "Artist" for example) a chance to introduce ourselves to the newcomers as well.
