A new statewide, mega-War-On-Drugs-Bureaucracy?
Will they also have broad exemptions to the Open Records Act like DPS?
At least the insurance commissioner can tell them where to get a good deal on SWAT gear.

I kept my alcohol in the clothes closet. Later, those of us over 21 were allowed to have alcohol in the dorm, no need to hide it except from "my friends". :D
