Good news for Keith Olbermann, he gets his show back!  I will still be called "Countdown" but they've added "Live! From The Great Satan."

$500 million??? Could the FCC license and any studio equipment be worth that much?

It's for the carriage. The number of homes that current is in.

That number is decreasing due to some cable providers dropping the channel.  Murica.
