I know it is short notice, but let's gather at the new Phoenix cafe at 6th and Peoria. I can get there before noon and hang till 1:00pm.
The place has a start of a website http://thephoenixtulsa.com/
I loved the bagels and scones. They sell soups and sandwiches and even make their own marshmallows.
Everybody gets their own tab and we will try to get some chairs in the big window. If you don't see us, go find the library to the left of the bar.
I will try to get by there..................let me see how the week unfolds.
I do have some news to share with you all.
I'm in. See you Wednesday.
I'm in
This will be a great time to share the holiday spirit. Who else thinks they can make it on Wednesday?
50/50 chance.
Myself and the Missus
Same as Conan..50/50 chance. I'll know better tomorrow morning.
You guys just knew I had court right at that time.
Have the judge move the venue. We can all be jurors.
I will be the dashing guy in jeans and a casual red shirt. I have to be careful wearing red this time of year around kids who believe in Santa.
No go for me today. Team meeting off site until about 2pm. Sorry.
I'm still in.
I actually gave some thought to going by at 11 and giving The Phoenix (is Kay partners with Blake on this deal?) enough money anonymously to buy you scoundrels lunch. The giving spirit had overcome me. Then I awoke to the fact that you are not the needy....most of the time.
One of these days....
Chow.... (or is it ciao?)

We would have appreciated it appropriately.
We are only needy for your acceptance.
I'm out, too much going on today
On my way... deciding whether to go as myself or dress as my soccer internet persona? ;D
It was a good crowd. I enjoyed the good conversations. We had a rational discussion about gun ownership, mental health, and gun obsession through movies, Tv, etc. Every point of view was covered (one of the things I like about TulsaNow). Nobody got into a fight.
That is until we discussed whether or not Santa was real or not. People got pissed, chairs got knocked over, and bad words were said. I barely got out of there without losing some clothing or hair.
Fine. I'll replace the chair. Geez.

She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed said that it's not wise to meet people you know only from chatting on the internet. "They could be cutthroats and pirates!" she said.

Yup, I'm talking and nobody's looking at me. I'm going to teach me my own personal sign language and just sit in a corner flipping myself the bird.
