Title: Retail Investment in Tulsa Quadruples in 2004

From Commercial Property News:
Tulsa Retail Investors Prefer Being Big Fish in Small Pond (//%22http://www.cpnonline.com/cpn/regions/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1000919866%22)

Interesting.  Commercial Real Estate Investors poured $72 Million into the Tulsa area in 2004.  Also, price of retail space has doubled since 2001, from $67 to $137.

Another statistical blip?  Is it that Tulsa is doing extraordinarily well these days, or are we simply finally emerging from the toilet?
