Certainly not if it were a white cop turning in a black cop, but if he's guilty of the charge, he should never be allowed to wear a badge anywhere else again.

Im more apt to believe this was something that unexpectedly fell in the chiefs lap, rather than a concerted effort to "clean up the force and bring down offenders on the inside."

I had heard that several other officers were aware that this may have been occuring, and they were already doing undercover work for other things.
