Just wondering what the situation was with that piece of property on the NW corner. Seems like a prime piece of property at a very busy intersection to go undeveloped this long. Do the people that own Monterrou own that as well? Do they own all that land that runs along Sheridan north to 67th place? They finally took that old barbed wire fencing down so I was hoping they might do something with that land.

61st and Sheridan...yes . It's owned by a 5013c and provides no tax income to educate your neighbor's children....
Someday, it will be like the Mega Mall in Utah....a well developed shopping center/mixed use that provides no income to your tax base.
