Is there a good site to find information about rental properties in downtown? My better half is looking for a location for a possible business.
I don't know about a website; I'd go for a walk in the areas she's interested in. I know the Metro at Brady has space available on its first floor. The first floor of the Fairfield Inn currently under construction across from the Metro will have lots of retail space. And there are probably places available on Boston (Philcade, Philtower, etc.) and over on Main Street between 3rd and 4th. You could also call Kanbar Properties, since they still own a big chunk of property downtown.
What kind of retail is she thinking about?
