Recently, I became curious which elected officials supposedly represent me in the Oklahoma legislature. (I can never remember which doofuses that I didn't vote for hold these positions.)
I entered my address in the Tulsa County election board website, and was told Oklahoma State Senate 39 and State House 70.
But when I went out to the oksenate.gov website, they say that I'm in State Senate district 35.
It looks like the recent redistricting affected me (I can see it clearly on the new maps posted on the oksenate.gov website).
So, here's my question: Is the Tulsa Election board's website simply outdated? Can I be certain that I will receive the correct ballot when I show up to vote next time?
