I personally like this guy. Have for some time. He's got some serious academic bona fides to boot...

I could post a video that would be almost certain to make you pop a vein in your forehead, but I'll refrain in the spirit of togetherness this post represents. I don't think I'd be the guy with the stones to run into a burning building. Thankfully, I've not yet been tested in that way.

Sweet Brown is cute as she can be!

Here's the follow up interview from KJRH last night:

And she finally gets her cold pop:

Holy crap!  We did a heating system project on that property last winter (no, it was not related to the work we did!)

Does a burning house count?  Couple of weekends ago went in to fight a kitchen fire in the neighbors place.  Kitchen was really blazing.  I could just imagine how much worse it would be to run into a building with flames all around you, not just infront of and above

Get this guy a cape already:

QuoteNewark mayor Cory Booker just came to the rescue of yet another constituent.

Earlier today, Booker tweeted that he'd chanced upon an accident scene in Newark in which a pedestrian had been hit by a moving vehicle. According to CBS New York, although the police had already arrived at the scene, Booker got out of his car, ran to the man's side and began to talk to him. The mayor's office says the man soon came around, recognized Booker's voice, and asked, "Are you Mayor Booker?" The man, who is said to be in his 50s, was bleeding from the mouth and nose.
