FYI- Fresh Market has fresh Hatch peppers right now for .99/pound. They are pretty tame. We bought some to make rellenos.

One can never have too many chiles! We roasted three cases and froze them. Can't make rellenos with those ;)
We've got one heck of a fall crop of Big Jims (these are more like Little Jimmy), New Mexican 180's (AKA Paseo De Lunas), JalapeƱos, generic Anaheim, Poblano, and red bell. Once the heat dropped back down, the plants covered up in blooms. Now we've got to stake them up they've got such a load of peppers.
