Yeah, I'm sure there a lot of people lining up to build a custom residence on these lots.  I drive by them every day and trust me these are better used for potential commercial use than housing.

Edit:  In looking at the lots maybe 5 of the 11 could be residential.  The other six front Cincinnati Ave.
