Looks like we found he plaintiff in the "Man illegally brings gun into bar, gets injured in a fight, then sues bar for not searching him for a weapon." Sorry to out you Nate.
I saw this story on Yahoo. I found it amazing what people will sue for.
It's amazing the judgements people will make without knowing all the facts.

Well fill us in genius. Give us the factual background supporting these cases:
"Young adults sue mother for sending cards without gifts and playing favorites"
"Man illegally brings gun into bar, gets injured in a fight, then sues bar for not searching him for a weapon."
"Convict sues couple he kidnapped for not helping him evade police".
You are a nice kid Nate, but my advice is that you bail on this thread. Your Clavinism is bordering on embarrassing.

Nate is right...
"A federal judge threw out a lawsuit"
looks like most all of these lawsuits were dismissed

You're the one who posted this crap, so why don't you?
"Woman sues McDonald's because she spilled coffee in her lap after buying coffee at the drive-thru" sounds pretty stupid, too. Until you know that she wasn't the driver, the car was stopped, the coffee was made scalding hot by policy, and there had been a long history of people getting third degree burns from McDonald's coffee.

That lawsuit actually ruined that ladies life. I saw a special some months ago and after all she went through, I felt sorry for her. She is deceased now.

What are you talking about? You are the one who is upset over the exposing of BS lawsuits, which, if you bothered reading the stories many have been dismissed or are getting close. Are you getting close to another of your moments?
