Title: What Do I Want for Dinner?
Post by: guido911 on December 03, 2011, 04:50:23 PM
Too lazy to cook or think on this busy football day.

I would choose sushi.

Edited to add: Or if I wanted something warm, I'd get tacos de carne asada with flour tortillas from Senor Tequila. Delicious, they are.

Making something fairly simple ... taco soup.  It's essentially 1 lb of ground beef browned/drained, some Rotel, black beans rinsed/drained, corn with taco seasoning added to about 2 cups of water and a little sugar to taste.  I like to eat with tortilla chips and after serving I add a little shredded monterey jack to it.  Not real heavy but tasty and appropriate later when the temps bottom out.

I am going to make this tomorrow. No Rotel.

To everyone else that apparently is too busy to help out, thanks a pant load. I mean, it's not like it's the weekend or there are more important things to do.  ;D

I'm sitting here at Desi Wok having chicken tikka masala watching LSU run over Georgia.

Hey, I'm making my own pizza tonight.  I can barely think to come up with our own dinner anymore, much less someone else's

My homemade is unlike anything I can get in town (that I've found so far) so I consider it a separate meal from take out.

Nope, sorry.  I'm too lazy to do that.
