As for the reception catering and venue, Lambrusco'z just opened a new event center at The International Center at 1350 S. Boulder. Great space!

What are the three rings of marriage?

The engagement ring, the wedding ring, and the suffering.

How many guests?
You probably want your reception someplace near the ceremony?

I got married 4 years ago:
Here's who we'd used (and I'd definitely recommend all of them):
Photography:  http://www.aperturesphoto.com/index.php/instructors/natalie-green
Reception:  Caz's Chowhouse   very reasonable price to rent out the place / don't need to worry about a caterer (not limited to the Caz's menu... they did Italian for us)..   this deal may have likely changed in the last 4 years.
Cake:  we used Meritt's... I know a lot of people are poo-pooing Meritt's on here, but they did a great job..  We had a "small" 2-tiered cake... and then maybe 50 of their standard "non-wedding" 4-inch cakes (much cheaper than wedding cake and people get their own individual cake!).   Worked out awesome.

Our wedding / reception was a bit low-key:
no florist:. Christmas-timeish wedding at Travis mansion... no additional flowers/decoration  necessary on our end
no DJ:   my experience... wedding dj's are lame... not many participate... and I know our guests wouldn't miss a DJ..   able to use the receptions music system
