Title: Surviving the zombie apocalypse
Post by: Ed W on October 19, 2011, 06:07:32 PM
...or in my case, a weekend with in-laws...

CDC put out a zombie-themed survival guide as a tongue-in-cheek means of increasing awareness of survival issues in any natural disaster.

Viking Airsoft is offering a zombie-themed airsoft game inside their 10,000 sq ft facility.  Their tips for participants are: Make a reservation, wear long pants, long sleeves and good running shoes, and finally, watch a bunch of scary movies.

I think Number One Son and I are going to do this.  Sure, I can't run and that will probably mean I'll be lunch for some zombies, but it should be fun.

Come to think of it, though, we should consider having a forum night at the airsoft emporium.  We could hunt zombies, and have the added fun of a few old-fashioned duels like Aaron Burr and Alexander Hamilton, but with full-auto weapons.
