Sorry to stray off topic but does anyone know what happened to the development that was suppose to go in at this location and only became a cul-de-sac of nothing? Another victim of the economy?

What development?
creating a cul-de-sac does not a development make. Apparently said developer/land-owner thought business/restaurants would flock to that piece of land if only there was some asphalt and a sign on it that said "development coming soon"
dirt moving now at 92nd & Delaware
