I drove She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed down to the library this afternoon, taking my computer along so I could collect my email and do a bit of surfing. To my surprise, I was unable to connect to the Tulsa Now Forum! Are we that bad that we can't be allowed past the TCCL filters?
Has anyone else experienced this?

They got tired of creepy kimchi hanging around. ;)
I got on but it's slow & hard, you also have to back up when the empty screen says "done". They must not have something right with the computer system. I have been using the WIFI system. I dunno about the desk top models. Signing in is also weird you have to back up when the screen goes clear and says "done" then click on a topic even though it looks like your not signed in, when you click on the topic you see that your signed in and your in after that it runs ok- until you sign out then it's another bear. :-\
At the library I seem to only have luck with www.tulsanow.org (as opposed to the abrev'd tulsanow.org)
and sometimes I'm unable to go directly to the forum... must click the link from the home page

Try connecting from outside the US sometime. "You have been BANNED," says the forum. ;)
At one time I considered this a bug, now I consider it one of the better features of the forum software.
